Aw Auto Pro Refund & Cancelation Policy

At Aw AutoPro our policy is if a customer is not happy with their contract they may cancel at any time. However in order to process the cancelation we will need a written letter signed by the policy holder that they wish to cancel their contract. This is in order to prevent unwanted cancelations.

Our Policy for refunds work as follows: during the 30 day review period if a customer wishes to cancel we will provide a FULL refund and no cancelation fee. However once the 30 day review period is up, a prorated refund may be issued based on time and mileage not used under the contract. A cancelation processing fee of $100 will incur and will be taken out of the refund. Prorated refunds take up to 45 days to process.
